The Thread to me is connection, self-reflection, and growth personally, and professionally. The connection feels like a gift. A gift of like-minded women, that are driven for success in work and life.

Some say everything happens for a reason. I wasn't excited about adding another task to my hectic schedule, but what I came to realize is that The Thread came into my life at exactly the right time.

The Thread was a great investment. It helped me take time from other to-dos to be intentional and focus on propelling myself forward. I needed the time to slow down, think and listen.

I knew The Thread would dramatically increase my community. What I didn't expect was that it would inspire a reconstruction of how I evaluate social situations in my personal and professional life.
