The Thread Values

As we embark on Cohort 5 and also prepare to launch a new website this summer, our team has taken some time to tighten up our values as a community. I want to share a shortened version of them with you here.

 #1 – Worthiness

We believe in our own inherent worth. Everything we do stems from this belief. Some of us may be able to embrace this and some of us may still be working towards this. For the latter, this is the most important work of your life – keep going.

#2 – Mindset

We walk into the door with the mindset of our aforementioned worthiness as well as the worthiness of others. 

#3 – Growth

We must embrace a willingness to do the hard things, one baby step at a time.

#4 – Confidence

No one can do this work for us. We must each put in the individual effort to become deeply confident in the women we were created to be.

#5 – Winning Together

We embrace the belief that when other women win, we all win.
