As we embark on Cohort 5 and also prepare to launch a new website this summer, our team has taken some time to tighten up our values as a community. I want to share a shortened version of them with you here.

Some seasons in life are planting seasons, when you have to make a plan, gather what is needed, dive in and hope for the best. Some are watering seasons, where you must tend to what you have planted and navigate what has popped up along the journey. Some are harvesting seasons, where you get to reap the benefits of your hard work.

Pipeline Entrepreneurs, a fellowship program for high-growth entrepreneurs across the Midwest, officially launched the 2023 Fellowship and Pathfinder Program on January 26 in Kansas City, Missouri as part of their New Fellow Orientation.

I’ve spent some of today and much of the last week reflecting on the amazing things that happened for the women in our Thread community, things that have happened in our business and things that have happened in my own life last year.
